    Event History
    Photograph album titled "Buchenwald/or a Glance at German "Kultur"" by Murray Bucher (donor's uncle), creator of the album. Album was created in a blank book and contains photographs taken after the liberation of the Buchenwald concentration camp near Weimar, Germany. Album contains clipped newspaper articles about the camp, all in English, as well as photographs that depict American forces delousing former victims, remains of victims who did not survive, group photographs of child survivors, Jewish services being held at the camp, and German civilians forced to bury victims. Dwight D. Eisenhower's form letter for D-Day included, salutation "To Murray" has been added
