    Description
    Documents, correspondence and photographs illustrating Jenny and David Tepper (donor's parents) who fled Germany in 1938 for the United States. Included is correspondence received by Jenny and David in the United States from their relatives who were exiled to Sosnowiec, Poland in 1938 from Germany. Also included is the paperwork detailing their exhaustive efforts to extend their visas in the United States while waiting for citizenship, and affidavits of support made on their behalf. Also includes documentation concerning Zitta Tepper (David's sister) and Dora Tepper (David's mother), both of whom survived concentration camps.
