- Record Group R 1501 Reichsministerium des Innern, organized: File 1-3365. Please note: In the process of reproduction, the Bundesarchiv assigned wrong information on the header of the fiche. Instead of R 1501, the microfiche are labeled R 18. In order to correlate the finding aid to the microfiche, 5000 needs to be added to the file number on the microfiche: e.g. R 18/185 can be found as R1501/5185 in the finding aid.

- This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. To access Bundesarchiv collections researchers must fill out a "Request for Access to Bundesarchiv Documents." German and English-language copies of the "Law on the Preservation and Use of Federal Archival Documents" are available at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives reference desk. The requirement was stipulated by the Bundesarchiv in the cooperative agreement signed with the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Museum staff are currently unable to copy, digitize, and/or photograph collection materials on behalf of researchers. Researchers are encouraged to plan a research visit to consult collection materials themselves.
