- The Zdenka Steiner Novak collection includes identification papers and certificates, student records, correspondence, photographs, Novak’s memoir, a photograph album, a scrapbook, and a handwritten cookbook documenting the Steiner family of Zagreb, Holocaust survivor Zdenka Steiner Novak, her family members killed during the Holocaust, and her second husband Zvonko Novak (born Matersdorfer). The collection also includes a Rolleiflex camera given to Zdenka Steiner as a birthday gift, a wicker suitcase used by Zdenka Steiner while with a partisan group, a piece of concentration camp barbed wire owned by Zdenka Steiner, and a piece of concentration camp stone owned by Zdenka Steiner.

- The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2019 by Dan Novak, the son of Zdenka Steiner Novak.
