- Description
- The Selected Records of the State Archives in Varna consist of records relating to the Jewish community of Varna, Bulgaria before, during, and after World War II. The collection contains administrative records, financial records, and correspondence relating to the the Central Consistory of the Jews in Bulgaria as well as Jewish communities throughout Bulgaria and other countries. Also included are statutes and bylaws of Jewish organizations, reports on Jewish activities, lists of members of the Jewish community, meeting minutes of the Jewish Community Board, as well as administrative files and correspondence with the Varna City Municipal Administration.
