"Śarah Pitsanits, the protagonist of the film, travels with her daughter Stella back to their home town, Sarajevo. Zineba Hardaga, Sara's mother, was the first Muslim woman to be honored as a "Righteous among the Nations". Zineba's family hid the Jewish Kabilio family during World War II, thus saving them from certain death. Fifty years later, the roles have reversed and the Kabilio family rescues the Hardaga family from the inferno of Sarajevo." -- Ruth Diskin Films (http://www.ruthfilms.com/html/j/fs_the_woman_from_sarajevo_j.html)
