Sie verbindet ihre dokumentarisch-künstlerischen Bilder mit einer archivalischen Ebene bestehend aus Fotografien und Plänen aus den 1930er Jahren. Germania Eck setzt sich mit einer konkreten Stadtlandschaft und ihrem architektonischen Gefüge auseinander. Hierbei bleiben das gegenwärtig Vorhandene und das Vergangene stets gleichermaßen relevant. Die Publikation zeigt die Ergebnisse von Hoffmanns konzeptioneller Auseinandersetzung mit den Erinnerungsorten der Stadt Koblenz und hinterfragt die Strategien unserer heutigen Erinnerungskultur.
