520    Adolphe Kaminsky joined the French underground at the age of 17. Trained as a forger, he became the central figure in a network that provided false identity papers to Jews in Nazi-occupied Paris. After the war he remained underground and used his skills to help survivors trying to reach Palestine and in support of resistance groups in Algeria and Latin America.
