Order no. 48 for 1941 of the 5th Labor Battalion names personnel in the battalion's consitituent units and stipulates wage levels. There are lists for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Construction Companies, and for the Road and Bridge Company. Four captains for the 2nd Construction Company were apparently Jewish, from their names. Attached to the company were three ethnic Bulgarians. Hometowns were also given along with each name.
