List of children/adults were were the wards of Lord Gorell upon arrival in England. List of children who became wards of Lord Gorell under the Guardianship (Refugee Children) Act, 1944. These children: arrived in the United Kingdom after the end of 1936 in consequence of war or persecution and were not 16 at the time of arrival; have no parent in the United Kingdom; and had not turned 21 or been married.
Includes name and notes. Many of these notes are about what happened after the war.
