- 04:07:24 Title, "Generalstreik. Bürgerkrieg." [General strike. Civil War.] Children of all ages and a few adults march down a crowded street. They wave flags as other civilians and police men stand watching from the sidelines.
04:08:26 Title, "1920. Innere Kämpfe." [Internal Struggles.] A massive crowd is gathered for a strike/demonstration in Berlin (possibly March 13, 1920). Several people carry banners and red flags. Panning shot of a factory as seen from a rooftop. Trucks carry groups of people and bicyclists ride alongside factory tracks.
04:08:48 Title, "Kapp-Putsch." Men and a few women scurry around a bustling square, scattering. Policemen check citizens' papers as they walk by.
04:08:58 Title, "Abstimmungsfeiern in Oberschlesien und Ostpreußen." Two men talk and shake hands. A wealthy dressed man and woman stand by a ship smiling.
04:09:06 Overhead shots through a window down an alley/street of police chasing people down different streets (possibly May 1, 1929). Policemen direct foot traffic and march through a park. Extreme WS of intersection, more overhead shots of people scattering, a passing truck, a horse-drawn carriage, and someone pushing a cart. Men run down the street. A policeman chases and tries to knock down a man.

- The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum purchased this from the Bundesarchiv in Berlin, Germany in September 1991. The footage was transferred at Bibo TV in Germany and obtained as research for the Museum's Permanent Exhibition.
