1150 X: The new Exarcat at the Russian Church, Prague, Czechoslovakia. The first mass of the new Exarcat at the Russian Orthodox Church since the liberation of Czechoslovakia. LS the Exarcat dresses with the sacred ornaments. He takes the miter, kisses it, and puts it on his head; then he takes two lighted candlesticks and crosses them on his breast, blessing his priests before the mass. The Exarcat returns to the altar and starts the mass.
