    Using Wall Camera: US Embassy, Post Office. Mail bags arriving from French post office. Mail being sorted. Clerk from Military Attache's office comes to collect mail. Asst. mail clerk J. Dawson Kiernan opens diplomatic pouch. Mail bags to be shipped to Moscow and Madrid. CU, Chief mail clerk E.L. Knack taking mail from diplomatic pouch and sorting. CU, EXT post office doors with sign, "Pouch Room - No Admittance" and "Mail Room - Bureau de Postes" Archive Vaults in basement of Embassy, Asst. Superintendent Anderson comes down corridor testing doors. CU Anderson opening and closing vault door in corridor of Archive vaults. Notorial Department, Four men sitting at desk of Vice-Consul John Wood. Visitor asks clerk re: notorization of document. Visitor signing document. CU sign, "Tax Returns" and clerk typing. CU board reading "American Passports, Registrations, Notorials, Mail Information." Passport Department, Two women presenting passports. Vice Consul Trowbridge receiving application for new passport from secretary, administers oath of allegiance to Miss Diana Reeve seated at desk. Bulletin board with man reading Quarantine regulations. Visitors Mail Department, two visitors asking for mail. CU, Clerk and mailboxes.
