US infantry passing over bridge from France to Germany. GI taking off "Adolf Hitler Strasse" sign. CU of inscription in German, "Jews, Democrats, and Bosheviks are the gravediggers of humanity..." Alsatian women (former Nazi prisoners) carry water. Women prisoners getting food. CU of Lt. Morris Goodwin.

1251 I: Sign for Strasburg. Tanks rolling into town. Vehicles on fire. Street sign, "Stadtmitte; Kehl 4 km." Refugees; Red Cross.
