Continuation of defendants pleading "not guilty" to the indictment. Judge Musmanno recessing the court. NOTE: Defendants called as follows: Lothar Fendler, Waldemar von Radetzky, Felix Ruehl, Heinz Schubert, and Mathias Graf. Also listed as defendants are: Emil Haussman and Waldemar Klingelhoefer. (Emil Haussman hung himself before the trial.)
