MSs, CUs, liberated prisoners reading proclamations on bulletin board. LSs, CUs, empty streets of city due to curfew. LS, MP directs truck traffic through town. CUs, male refugees enjoying cigarettes as they read curfew notice. CUs, children of various nationalities are issued ration cards for food and given sleeping quarters.
