City on the Black Sea. Coastal gun installations; soldiers load and operate artillery. German soldiers come running out of a destroyed building. CUs of artillery. Reel 2: 00:29:42 Romanian troops being reviewed. Marshall Ion Antonescu visits troops, takes salute at parade as Romanian troops goose-step past. Antonescu speaks with various officers and soldiers, shakes hands with Romanian troops. German soldiers using a rabbit-eared telescope along the coast. Wide shots of scenery along Black Sea.
