Cossacks gallop across a field with swords drawn. They use the swords to cut off the heads of mannequins in the shape of a Jew (wearing a Star of David on his chest) and Josef Stalin. CU of Stalin's head on the ground.

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum purchased the film excerpts from the Bundesarchiv in Berlin, Germany in March 2007.
Note
The Bundesarchiv record quotes a letter dated March 7, 1944 from the head of the Zentralfilmgesellschaft Ost to the Reich Ministry for Propaganda that says that the creation of the film had cost 70,000 RM but due to military circumstances there was not much chance of showing it in Russian-speaking areas. However, the writer says, the film is quite well-suited for showing to state-owned units and workers from the east (Ostarbeiter).

This is a 49 meter long excerpt. The entire length of this film is 325 meters.
