Oral history interview with Jolan Schwam

Jolan (Yolanda) Schwam, originally of Vienna, Austria, describes her memories of pre-war Vienna, of moving with her husband to be closer to her parents out of fear of the Nazi threat, and taking a train from Austria through Germany to the Netherlands. She and her husband immigrated to the United States in March 1938. Her parents and her brothers perished in the Holocaust.
