Conditions on Access
This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. No other access restrictions apply to this material.
Conditions on Use
Publication of the material require written permission of the source archives. Users are also required to send the Prefecture a copy of each publication where the documents of the Vatican Secret Archives have been cited or employed. For publication of pictures researcher has to obtain the special authorization to use pictures for publishing purposes and pay a publication rights fee.
