A Belarusian man, born in 1924, discusses his experiences in Stolin (Brest Oblast), Belarus before and during WWII; the Jewish community and organizations before the war; the German occupation; the ghetto and the restrictions placed on Jews; some Jews changing their names and evacuating; Jewish refugees; Jews working for Germans; Germans guarding the ghetto; some Jews being shot when they tried to escape; the murder of Jews; the Germans not killing certain Jews who were specialists in a given field; and the prison camp.
