Gerda Bierzonski Bikales diary

Consists of one diary, handwritten in French, by Gerda Bierzonski (later Bikales), documenting her experiences at the Pensionnat Marta Marcus in Clarens-sur-Montreux, Switzerland. Gerda, who had escaped into Switzerland, attended the Pensionnat, a Jewish boarding school for girls, and kept her diary from July to December 1944. In December, she reunited with her mother in France. Also contains English translation of diary.
