- Provenance
- The records were probably created by the Gestapo Transport Office at Buchenwald concentration camp, and a copy of the list forwarded to Gestapo Headquarters, Berlin. The original records are at the International Tracing Service in Arolsen, Germany. Microfilm copies of Gestapo transport lists exist at the National Archives and Records Administration in Washington, D.C., but they have not been accessioned. Also, Yad Vashem has positive and negative copies of Gestapo transport lists. Copies of Gestapo transport lists also exist at the Nationale Mahn- Und Gedenkstätte Buchenwald.
