Of special interest is a copy of a letter, December 4, 1939, RSHA Amt II, concerning antisemitism and a pogrom.

    Various command levels of the Wehrmacht, Einsatzgruppen, SD, and SIPO in Ostland, and the RSHA in Berlin, Germany, created the records during World War II. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives obtained photocopies from the Latvian Central State Historical Archive in Riga, Latvia, in March 1992.
