Collection Summary: Interviews of the Children of Holocaust Survivors collection contains oral history interviews with 13 Holocaust survivors in the Atlanta, Ga.; Savannah, Ga.; Charleston, S.C.; and Birmingham, Ala., areas.
Provenance: The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum received 13 interviews that the Children of Holocaust Survivors (Atlanta, Ga.) conducted between 1983 and 1987. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Oral History branch received the tapes of the interviews from Saba Silverman, President of the Children of Holocaust Survivors, in June 1991. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection by transfer from the Oral History branch in February 1995.
