Original records are located in the Wiener Stadt-und Landesarchiv, Vienna, Austria. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Archives Project received the microfilm in Jan. 2003 (11 reels) from the Yad Vashem through its mutual microfilm exchange program.

Conditions on Access
This material can only be accessed in a Museum reading room or other on-campus viewing stations. Researchers must sign a user declaration, "Besondere Verpflichtungserklärung"
Conditions on Use
Reserchers may not publish any materials without the express permission of the City Archives, and will adhere to the City Archive's user regulations (Benȕtzugnsordnung fȕr das Wiener Stadt- und Landesarchiv) and the Vienna archival law (Wiener Archivgesetz) as stipulated in Article III section 3. Requests for reproduction and publication must be directed to the Wiener Stadt- und Landesarchiv.
