Description: The collection consists of 18 photographs taken or obtained by Richard Scott Washington, formerly Corporal, C Company, 42nd Tank Battalion, 11th Armored Division. The images were taken during World War II and depict Buchenwald concentration camp post-liberation as well as other sites of slave labor and refugees formerly under Nazi occupation.
