Romanian order concerning Jews in Odessa. All Jews in Odessa and the surrounding area are to be moved to the north of the Atchaka region in special areas. Jewish property will be sold and the proceeds sold at auction returned to the owners. Evacuation to begin 10th of January, 1942. Signed Governor, Professor G. Aleksyano
