Plachte family photographs
Consists of 33 pre-war photographs of the Plachte family, originally of Berlin, Germany. The family fled to Holland in April 1938 and immigrated to the United States in September, 1938. The majority of the photographs were taken in Germany.

The papers consist of a passport for foreigners ("Fremdenpass"), issued to Ludwig Plachte [donor] on May 3, 1937, and a passport ("Reisepass"), issued to Ludwig Plachte, on December 20, 1934.
