Overview

Description: Collection consists of documents sent to donor's mother regarding the fate of her first husband, Maximilien Reiter; the documents, dated 1947, state that he had been interned in Drancy, and from there deported to Majdanek on March 6, 1943. He "disappeared" and is presumed not to have survived. Includes a photographic image of Maximilien Reiter, dated September 1934.
