"Esther Morgenstern: Story of Survival"

Consists of one DVD containing a video interview of Esther Morgenstern, born in 1921, providing her Holocaust testimony to the students at Midtown West School in New York City in January 2013. She describes her childhood in Poland, her experiences during four years in the Łódź ghetto, and her deportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau in the fall of 1944. After a brief period of time, she was sent to Stutthof, where she remained until the death march. She was liberated by the Russian army in March 1945. After a long recovery, she returned to Łódź and eventually reunited with several of her siblings. She emigrated to Bolivia and then to the United States.
