    Max Glaser, born on May 29, 1910 in Vienna, Austria, discusses Kristallnacht; being arrested and sent to Dachau in November 1938; conditions and treatment; his release in 1939 because his sister came to show he had a ticket to Shanghai; going to England; reuniting with his wife; being interned on the Isle of Man; and immigrating to the United States in September 1940.
