    Melita Piliser, born on January 14, 1906 in Belgrade, Yugoslavia, discusses not experiencing antisemitism in the Serb population; fleeing to Serbia April 6, 1941; hiding in several villages; hearing about gassings; finding work in a pharmacy in Kocane, Macedonia (then under Bulgarian rule); most of her family perishing; and immigrating to Israel in 1948.
