    Lillian Eckstein (née Mendelshon), born on March 22, 1926 in Czechoslovakia, discusses living in Munkacs ghetto in 1943; her deportation to Auschwitz concentration camp in 1944; arrival, selection, and processing; Sonderkommando; being in Upper Silesia in Schützengraben; digging ditches as the Soviets approached; death march to Bergen-Belsen concentration camp; liberation by the British; losing her memory; her stay in a DP hospital; returning to Czechoslovakia; living in Feldafing displaced persons camp for three and a half years; and immigrating to the United States.
