    Celina Fein (née Eisenberg), born on February 10, 1925 in Warsaw, Poland, discusses her orthodox family; prewar Warsaw; experiencing antisemitism; going to Koprzywnica with half her family but returning to Warsaw in 1941 or 1942; living in Warsaw ghetto in 1942; witnessing German actions; fleeing the ghetto alone to Koprzywnica and several other places; returning to Warsaw and only finding her sister; hiding in Wittlich, Germany from 1942 to 1945; acquiring papers for her aunt to join her in Germany; fleeing to Trier displaced persons camp when the Americans arrived in May 1945; her aunt going to Warsaw; going to Munich postwar; reclaiming her nephew and reuniting with her nephew’s mother; meeting her husband in Munich; marrying in 1946; and immigrating to the United States in 1949.
