    Interview Summary
    Morris Pilberg, born on August 20, 1922 in Otwock, Poland, discusses his early life in Otwock; his internment in Be??ec labor camp from November 1939 to January 1940; forced labor in Karczew in 1941; living in the Otwock ghetto from 1940 to 1941; living in the Warsaw ghetto from 1941 to 1942; involvement in the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising; internment in multiple camps including Treblinka, B?dzin, Rzeszów, P?aszów, and Flossenbürg until 1945; living in displaced persons camps with his wife, Ruth Pilberg, in Lindenberg, Bergen-Belsen, and Zeilsheim postwar; traveling via the SS Marine Marlin to the United States; and arriving in the United States on March 3, 1947.
