    Interview Summary
    Isaac Irving (Irv) Rosin, born on June 30, 1920 in Riga, Latvia, discusses being the son of a well-to-do oil and tobacco businessman; serving in the army for 18 months; antisemitism; Latvians and Lithuanians aiding the Germans; the deaths of his parents; living in the Riga ghetto in 1941; being interned in Kaiserwald, Stutthof, Buchenwald, and Bochum concentration camps; a forced march toward Bavaria; hiding for two days before liberation; going to Mallersdorf, Germany; and immigrating to the United States on September 21, 1947.
