    Interview Summary
    Tauba Schachter (née Falakovics), born on May 8, 1924 in Dubky, Czechoslovakia, discusses being raised on a farm outside Dubky; internment in the Ungvár (Uzhhorod) ghetto in 1944; internment in Auschwitz until October 1944; internment in Langenbielau labor camp until 1945; living in Modena and Santa Maria di Leuca displaced persons camps postwar; reuniting with her sister; and immigrating to the United States on November 21, 1949. Interviewed with her sister Eta Gepsman.
    Etta Gepsman (née Falakovics), born on February 6, 1925 in Velky Berezny Dubky, Czechoslovakia, discusses living at home until internment in the Ungvár (Uzhhorod) ghetto in 1944; her deportation to Auschwitz in June 1944; internment in Bergen-Belsen from January to May 1944; living in Modena and Santa Maria di Leuca displaced persons camps from 1945 to 1948; and immigrating to Indiana in the United States in 1948. Interviewed with her sister Tauba Schachter.
