Correspondence, affidavits, translations, and supporting documentation for compensation claims against the West German government filed by attorney Robert W. Kaplan, on behalf of his clients, Erwin Rose and Bernard Novick, of Wichita, Kansas, 1958 and 1971. Kaplan sought compensation for the loss of freedom experienced by his clients, as well as damages to their health, during the German occupation of their hometown in northeastern Poland.
