The collection consists of identification canteen notes, identification tags, scrip, clippings, correspondence, documents, a map, propaganda materials, photographic postcards, photographs, and a philatelic collection documenting pre-war Jewish life, anti-Semitism, the Dreyfus Affair, the arrest of Herschel Grynspan, multiple concentration camps, and World War II.

The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 2015 by Jack and Marilyn Pechter.
