Defendant Gustav Kreindl, at the trial of 61 former camp personnel and prisoners from Mauthausen, stands in his place in the defendants' dock.
Kreindl was a medical orderly at Ebensee, a sub-camp of Mauthausen. He was accused of selecting incurable patients at the camp infirmary to be exterminated. He was convicted and executed on May 27, 1946.
