Studio portrait of Hana and Marie Spaeth wearing dresses with collars incorporating the Olympic rings. The girls' dresses were designed in celebration of the 1936 Olympic games.

Hana and Marie (the donor's cousins) were the only children of Otto and Klara (Goldstein) Spaeth. The family lived in Buchlovice, Moravia, where Otto ran a general store. All four perished during the war.
