A document certifying that Viktor Stern has been a patient at the medical station in Graefeling-Munich from May 2-17, 1945, and is now being transferred to the Ausweichkrankenhaus Kempfenhausen.

The document recounts that Stern had been forced on a death march, which began on April 26, 1945, that he had escaped from his captures together with a fellow inmate, Jakob Rocker, and had been taken care of by some local farmers until the arrival of American troops.
