    Relatives and friends gather to celebrate the wedding of Sarah Plotnik and Pessah Avrahami; it was one of the last weddings in Eisiskes.

Seated at the table from right to left are Mr. Hamarski, Dvorah Hamarski, Benyamin Kabacznik, Liebke Kabacznik, Yudaleh Kabacznik, Reb Arieh-Leib Kudlanski, Reb Dovid Moszczenik, and the father of the bride, Eliyahu Plotnik. Second row (right to left): Mrs. Hamarski, five family members; twin sisters of the bride, Mikhele and Breine Plotnik, the bride and groom; Zipporah Plotnick, mother of the bride; and two unidentified relatives.  

The bride and groom immigrated to Palestine.  Reb Dovid Moszczenik died a natural death.  All the others perished.  Benyamin, Liebke and Yudaleh were murdered by members of the Polish Home Army; the majority were killed in the September 1941 mass killing action in Eisiskes; a few were killed in the Radun and Lida ghettos.
