Six members of the election commission of Haoved Hatzioni in Eisiskes assist in fundraising for the 20th World Zionist Congress.
(from right to left) Eli Politacki, Shuster, Shalom Kahn, Israel Szczuczynski, Szeina Blacharowicz, and Yankl Levin. They had hoped that the Congress would influence the British to open up Palestine for mass immigration. None of the six was able to obtain an immigration certificate to Palestine. Szeina survived the war in the forest; the others were murdered.
