    Two competitors in a Hashomer Hatzair bicycle race are surrounded by friends upon their return to Eisiskes. 

The cyclists are Hanan Polaczek (leaning on his bike, right), and Dov Wilenski (standing with his bike, left).  To Dov's left, in a beret, is his girlfriend Esther Katz; to his right, in a  hat, is Rina Lewinson.  Standing barefoot on Rina's right is Meishke Michalowski.  Front row, kneeling (right to left): Israel-Itchke Zlotnik (holding on to Dov's bike), Yehiel Blacharowicz, and Munia Zahavi.  Standing on the right, dressed in a suit, is Shmuel Berkowicz.  

Shmuel, Hanan, Dov, Rina and Munia immigrated to Palestine.  Esther immigrated to Colombia.  The others were murdered during the Holocaust.
