In the foreground is Rabbi Shulem Lezer Halberstam (son of Sanzer rebbe), from Razferd (Ujfeherto).  The donor identifies the other men as Tvi Elimelech (father of the donor and gabbai to the rebbe), and Rebbe Shulem Lezer.

(The writing on the bottom of the photo identifies the men slightly differently as Rabbi Pinchas Brown and Rabbi Avraham Weiss.)
