Group portrait of Meir Holcman, donor's father, with his eight nieces and nephews.
The portrait was taken shortly before Meir left for Palestine. All the children perished in Chelmno in 1942.
Pictured, standing in the back row, from left are: Hela Bauman, daughter of Golda Itta; Andzia (Chana) Holcman, daughter of Josef; Eli Holcman, son of "Bucik." In the front row, from left are: Szajna Holcman, daughter of Josef; Chana Holcman, daughter of Moshe Aron; Eli Holcman, son of Abram Icchak and Chana Holcman, daughter of Hersz Lejzor.
