Original caption reads, "Dachau Atrocity Camp: Tattered clothes from prisoners who were forced to strip before they were killed, lay in huge piles in the infamous Dachau concentration camp which was liberated by the 7th U.S. Army troops. Clothing was reused because of material shortages."
