Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Sarah (Arnstein) Heitner (b. 1885 in Krakau) and her daughter Rachel Heitner (b. September 1927 in Anvers), by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Voiron.

Unauthorized Salvadoran citizenship certificate issued to Sarah (Arnstein) Heitner (b. 1885 in Krakau) and her daughter Rachel Heitner (b. September 1927 in Anvers), by George Mandel-Mantello, First Secretary of the Salvadoran Consulate in Switzerland and sent to their residence in Voiron.

Sarah Heitner and her daughter Rachel Heitner survived in Rabbi Zalman Scheerson's children's home. Sarah Heitner's husband was shot while in hiding near St. Etienne.
